Within Our Power is a unique product. It uses realistic stories with emotional impact, to illustrate the subtleties, complexities, and varieties of workplace sexual harassment, and to highlight what each member of a workplace community can do to achieve the common goal of maintaining a safe and respectful work environment for all.

The program offers insights into the four different roles employees may find themselves in when sexual harassment begins to unfold, and presents 4 proactive, powerful, and practical actions that anyone can use to prevent and/or address sexual harassment.

1. The e-learning course: 4 modules, self-paced, interactive. Install on your LMS or access on ours.
‍2. The USB Workshop kit: for your in-person, classroom training. A comprehensive PowerPoint presentation deck walks the facilitator through the training, with embedded videos.

Both product formats provide training that gives context, definitions, and tools -- clear things each of us can say and do to prevent and address sexual harassment. This is not check-the-box compliance training. This program aims to change ways of thinking and acting in a profound way for the betterment of every individual in the work community and for the community as a whole.

The elearning course is a 30-minute individual, self-paced, guided eLearning program. This powerful program enables learners to explore communication skills for promoting inclusion and respect in the workplace.

The Defeating Unconscious Bias e-learning course is a self-paced, interactive course that was designed to help you address the hidden biases (we all have) that can affect hiring, promoting and team building and that challenge your ability to create an inclusive workplace.
With a seat time of about 35-minutes, the course uses the video and adds exercises, knowledge checks and a 10-question quiz at the end with completion certificate. The course can be configured to run on any SCORM 1.2 LMS.

Inclusion in Action e-Learning teaches 9 skills for communicating and collaborating across differences. Not your everyday corporate learning, the video series is interactive and self-paced, and uses relatable workplace scenarios to teach employees inclusive communication skills that can lead to better work relationships and results.
When your employees feel included, engagement, retention and productivity also increase. The course was created in partnership between SunShower Learning and Liberty Mutual Insurance. By now, more than 35,000 people have used the course with excellent results.
